# Staking

RAID token staking is a process in which token holders lock up their RAID tokens in a smart contract and earn rewards in return. By participating in the staking program, holders can earn a percentage annual percentage yield (APY) on their staked tokens, providing them with a passive income stream.

One of the key benefits of RAID token staking is that it allows holders to earn a good APY% on their investment. The exact APY% depends on various factors such as the duration of the staking period and the overall demand for staked tokens. Typically, the longer the staking period, the higher the APY%.

In addition to earning a high APY%, stakers also receive discounts on using the RAID bot. By staking their tokens, holders can access discounted raiding services, allowing them to maximize their trading efficiency and potentially increase their profits.

By combining token staking with benefits like earning a good APY% and receiving discounts on using the RAID bot, RAID aims to incentivize token holders to actively participate in the ecosystem. This not only helps to create a strong community but also provides an additional mechanism for holders to derive value from their investments.
**STAKING POOL**\
\
Native token staking paying out $RAID tokens. Staking pool is filled with 10% of total supply. The APY of the pool is variable - the more holders stake their tokens, the lower the APY goes. The expected average APY is around 150-200% over time.\
\
EMERGENCY WITHDRAW: 30% fee for 7 days. After 7 days no fee.\
\
**REVENUE SHARE**\
\
All stakers are eligible for revenue share. 50% of RAID bot revenue will be distributed in equal distribution manner across all token stakers end of month. To be eligible for next months staking, you have to be staked minimum 30 days.\
